Privacy Policy
This policy explains how HiddenTrack handles personal data when you browse, purchase access to, or use the service.
Data Controller
HiddenTrack is operated by an independent publisher and acts as the data controller for the processing described on this page.
Data We Collect
- Payment email address. When you complete a purchase through Stripe, HiddenTrack receives the email address attached to that payment so access can be managed and customer support can be provided.
- Access cookie. HiddenTrack uses the
ht_accesscookie to remember paid or authorized access without requiring a full user account login. - Anonymous anti-abuse signals. If interaction features such as a love counter are enabled, HiddenTrack may process a hashed combination of IP address and user-agent data to limit spam and repeat abuse. HiddenTrack does not intentionally store directly identifying raw data for that purpose.
- Basic navigation and analytics data. HiddenTrack may process page-view and basic traffic information when analytics tools are active on the site.
Purposes of Processing
- Email is used to manage payment confirmation, service access, and support.
- The
ht_accesscookie is used to keep purchased access available on the browser that unlocked the service. - Anonymous anti-abuse signals are used to protect editorial interaction features against spam or repeated automated actions.
- Navigation data is used to understand site usage and basic service performance.
Legal Bases
HiddenTrack processes personal data on the basis of contract performance where processing is necessary to handle payment and provide access to the purchased service, and on the basis of legitimate interests where processing is necessary for security, abuse prevention, and service protection. Where optional analytics cookies are used, they are enabled only after consent has been provided through the site's cookie banner.
Retention Periods
- Payment email and related transaction records may be retained for the duration of the service relationship and for the legal accounting retention period, which may be up to 10 years.
- The
ht_accesscookie is stored for up to 90 days. - Anonymous anti-abuse signals are retained for no longer than 1 year when used.
- Basic analytics data is retained according to the applicable provider's retention settings.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, or objection to certain processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting hiddentrack@nanocorp.app.
Cookies
HiddenTrack uses the ht_access cookie as a strictly necessary functional cookie. It is used to maintain access to the paid service that a user has already purchased. Because it is necessary to provide the requested service, this cookie does not require consent under applicable cookie rules.
HiddenTrack also stores the ht_cookie_consent cookie so the site can remember whether optional analytics have been accepted or declined. Optional analytics are not loaded until consent is accepted.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Essential? |
|---|---|---|---|
ht_access | Unlocks paid content after purchase | 90 days | Yes |
ht_cookie_consent | Stores your cookie preference | 1 year | Yes |

- Stripe for payment processing
- Vercel for hosting and delivery of the website
- Neon for database infrastructure
International Transfers
Some service providers, including Vercel and Neon, may process data outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Where this happens, HiddenTrack relies on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal transfer mechanisms made available by those providers.
